Where do we ship to
Postage and Packing will be added at the basket, the prices are below. There is a minimum subtotal order value of £1.99, our postage and packing rates are as follows (please note these prices are for non-discounts items).
Orders up to the value of £1.99 P&P flat rate of £1.99
Orders up to the value of £4.48 P&P flat rate of £3.99
Orders over the value of £4.95 Maximum Rate of £5.95 (UK Mainland & Northern Ireland Only)
All the above Postage & Packing rates are for UK Mainland & Northern Ireland Delivery Only. If are NOT on the UK Mainland or Northern Ireland, please contact us BEFORE placing order, as there might be a surcharge to apply, failure to do so could mean your order being cancelled
If you use a 'Third Party' Shipping/Post forwarding service, we can not be held responsible for non-delivery of your order, if Royal Mail / CourierService confirms delivery, you will have contact the Shipping / Post forwarding service you have elected to use.
All items sent by Royal Mail, large orders and any order we seem fit, will be sent by MyHermes
Orders sent by MyHermes will need to be signed for, MyHermes will attempt to deliver 3 (three) times and leave a card for you to contact them to arrange delivery, then the order will be returned to us, if this happens, we will have to charge you the FULL price for sending the order again by MyHermes, or you can cancel the order and have a full refund.
Orders sent by Royal Mail, if for any reason that the order can not be delivered, the package will be returned to your local Sorting Office, a card will be left by the Postman to arrange for redelivery or to be picked up from the Sorting Office , the package will be at your local Sorting Office for 3 weeks (approximately, this is dependent on Royal Mail), then if unclaimed will be returned to Frontier Picture Frames Ltd.
We will contact you asking you if you would like the order to be sent again, or you can request a full refund, if you would like us to resend the order again, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the Postage cost, once paid we will re-send the order. We will only re-send an order once, if return again we will cancel the order and offer a full refund (less the second Postage cost)
