The mounts fit 10"x10" photo frames, the Double Hearts windows accept 4"x4" or 5"x5" photos/pictures. The windows are cut 5mm/ 1/4" smaller so your photo will not fall though. They are made from conservation standard mountcard, you have 4 great colours to choose from for both the top and bottom mount )showing 5mm approx)
