Cancellations &Returns
1. If you wish to cancel your order. a) You can notify us by email before we have dispatched your order to you; b) Where the order have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us. 2. If you should wish to return your frames and/or mounts www.designerpicturemounts.com is a family run business and we hope you will be 100% delighted with your frames / mounts, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your frames/mounts you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You may return your frames/ mounts to us for a full refund provided that: a) The frames and/or mounts are unused and in their original packaging, and stock items, not custom made items b) You tell us that you wish to return the frames and/or mounts within seven working days from the date you received the mounts c) You return the frames and/or mounts to us within fourteen from them date you received them d) The cost of returning the frames and/or mounts to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the frames and/or mounts we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. We will process your refund accordingly and advise you when the refund has been completed. You must retain your copy of the recorded delivery receipt for your own purposes and to provide proof of postage, you may require this proof in the unlikely event that returned mounts do not reach us.
