The mounts fit 23x23cm IKEA  photo frames, the four Heart shaped windows accept 3"x3" photo. The windows are cut 5mm/ 1/4" smaller so your photos will not fall though. They are made from conservation standard mountcard, you have 14  great colours to choose from.
